Founded in 2013 in Waimānalo, Hawai'i, Oahu Kombucha was created with a simple vision: make fresh, delicious kombucha accessible to everyone. Brewed using traditional fermentation methods, our kombucha is a living, effervescent drink filled with raw probiotics, digestive enzymes, beneficial acids, and natural flavor.
We've grown from a small local operation into a community-focused company serving homes, offices, cafés, restaurants, and retailers across Hawai'i.

You can also return empties for a $0.50 deposit at Down to Earth locations across O'ahu.

Our kombucha is made in Waimānalo by us and our employees who live in the community. We source from local farms whenever possible and take responsibility for the full life cycle of our products — from cradle to grave.
Everything we do is rooted in care for the 'āina, the land of Hawai'i, and a commitment to doing what is pono — what is right. From supporting local agriculture to using reusable keg systems and sustainable packaging, we strive to create products that are good for both people and place.
